The 20th of December meeting is traditionally when we hold our Christmas party. Please bring along some food and drink to help us celebrate.
Les is hosting another multiplayer Saga game on 20th December. So dust off your Dark Ages troops and bring them along. Four point armies will be used to give quick and deadly games allowing several to be played in the session. There will be some spare armies if you haven’t yet got a Saga force together and want to join in.
Wagram offers a massive Napoleonic battle in 15mm and will be our first Mega Game of the year. Please contact Les Mills if you are interested in playing; there are lots of roles available. The original battle was fought on 5th and 6th July 1809 and saw Napoleon take on Arch Duke Charles in a climactic battle which was a close run thing.
Due to the large size of the game there will be limited space for other games on the day ( We reckon around five other spaces for two tables). Colin has kindly offered to monitor this so please contact him in advance to make sure there is room for your game. We are trying to avoid anyone turning up for a game and being disappointed by the lack of space.
Thank you
Mike Herrington is organizing a Frostgrave treasure hunt for the Christmas meeting this year. All you need to play is a simple warband of a wizard and around 6 figures. Please let Mike know if you’re interested, so he has some idea of numbers. I have a simple guide to the points cost to put a force together and can e-mail it to anyone who is interested.

Following on from last year’s very successful refight of Wagram this years Napoleonic extravaganza will be Austerlitz. This will be a mega game with 6 tables, over a thousand figures and up to a dozen players. Please let Richard Lewis or Les Mills know if you are interested in taking part in what promises to be a fantastic refight.
